LGB 26254 Gauge G Steam locomotive 99 161 of the DR, epoch III

Model of the steam locomotive 99 161 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn. Finely detailed model in heavy metal construction with many separately applied details. Driven by two high-performance motors, all driving wheel sets driven via coupling rods. Doors to the driver's cab, to the circulation, at the front of the panel and smoke box door that can be opened. Flaps on the bogies to open. The paint scheme and lettering are true to the original for Era III, just as the locomotive was in use on the Reichenbacher Rollbockbahn in the 1950s and 1960s. Equipped with an mfx/DCC decoder with many light and sound functions such as headlights, driver's cab lighting, driving sounds, whistle and bell that can be triggered by reed switches, and much more. Driving sounds also work in analogue mode. Built-in smoke generators with wheel-synchronized vapor release, as well as cylinder vapor and vapor release at the whistle when activated. The locomotive is delivered with the model couplers installed, to which the drawbar of the dollies or the dolly can be coupled. Corresponding LGB system couplers are included for replacement.
