ANNUAL MODEL 2022 - Exclusive Metal Collection with LokSound

With the model of the 99 597, Bemo is launching a ready-made steam locomotive model with light and sound for the first time. If there is sufficient demand, further specially detailed models will follow.

The locomotive was used in the 1960s in Jöhstadt on the Preßnitztalbahn and ran for a year on the Hetzdorf - Eppendorf route.
It was retired in 1968 and scrapped in 1969 at RAW Schlauroth. She received the transverse 85V alternator from the DRG in Zittau to power the holiday trains. Because the generator was larger than the 24V alternator, it swapped places with the bell. After the conversion to 24 V, this arrangement was retained.
