Bai "eight-door" - four-axle, 2nd class, large passenger car, intended for suburban traffic in large cities. In addition to passenger trains, it was also used for express trains. These wagons have enlarged platforms for faster boarding and alighting. In their day, the wagons were used in a variety of ways. When used in extraordinary situations, it could also be converted into an ambulance.
The wagons were produced in two series, in the years 1952-1954 and 1955-1958 in the Tatra Smichov wagon factory. They were used on the CD until the mid-90s.
