Monestry
The definition of a monastery in accordance with encyclopedia:
"A monastery is a building, in which humans (usually monks or nuns) are living together, practicing their religion. The monastery area usually consists of a church, living- and farming buildings or integrated wings. The origin of the word monestary or cloister comes from the latin word “claustrum”, which means “locked place”.
Monestary living means, joint and individual prayers, silence, meditation and separationness, manual labor, mental and religious study and hospitality."
In the Vollmer monastery layout the Franciscan Monks just have had lunch time and are walking around in the beautifully arranged garden, which they had planted themselves. They are looking forward to guest to host. To this monastery kit belongs a small graveyard with crucifix and benches as well as the surrounding wall with gates.
