Weathered house based on the original in Worms, Rhineland-Palatinate.
Houses of this type are to be found in the workers' settlement, which is still preserved today and is popularly known as "Kiautschau", which was built in 1897 by the "corporation for the construction of cheap housing, specifically for the benefit of the workers in Worms am Rhein".
In the kit, the half-timbering, doors and window shutters are made of real wood. The building is authentic due to professional patination
greatly aged.
