Delivery times

Informations about the availability display:

The availability indicator can be found on the product detail pages and in the shopping cart. The symbols are explained as follows.

	Article is in stock, delivery time 1-3 business days.
	Item must be ordered from the manufacturer. The delivery time can be found in the product details.
	Item is in stock, but not in the desired quantity.
	Article can be preordered or reserved.
	Article is not available in the desired quantity and sold out at the manufacturer.

Information on our delivery time information:

We do everything we can to deliver our customers' orders as quickly as possible. Sure, because firstly, we live from the recommendations of satisfied customers and secondly from sales and not from managing our order backlog. However, with an assortment of more than 50,000 items, we can only stock the most common items. All other items we order immediately after receipt of order by the manufacturers.

Even if we give you a specific delivery time for individual items, this can only be an estimated delivery time.
The actual delivery time may be significantly longer or even shorter in individual cases.

Important Notice

The delivery times given refer to shipping in Germany and Western Europe.
Due to customs processes delivery times can vary greatly. This applies in particular to Eastern Europe and Asia.
Delivery to these regions can take up to 3 weeks!

Residues:

We are happy to take notes for new products or items that are not available from stock and deliver them on arrival.
If an order can only be delivered in parts, we take the non-delivered items after arrangemanet in arrears and deliver them immediately upon receipt. Only for deleveries to Germany.

Buy from Authorized Resellers and Certified Online Stores:

In the model railroading industry, many of the top brands in the industry traditionally have selective distribution systems, i. distributed through selected dealers. When awarding their contracts or supply relationships, the manufacturers pay attention to a high degree of professional qualification, a good after-sales service (important for guarantee processing) and an irreproachable reputation of the authorized dealer. When distribution contracts are concluded, the manufacturer commits the authorized dealer to sell only to authorized dealers. In many cases, the authorization agreements also provide for separate regulations for the merchant's e-commerce business. These are usually closed distribution systems. This distribution policy has a number of advantages that should not be underestimated for the end user. Always ask for items with dubiously low prices always after the authorization of the dealer. You can save yourself a lot of trouble with it before and after your purchase.
