Dear Customers,

difficult and turbulent days are behind us. COVID-19 came as an unwelcomed surprise to us all and while our social life was declining, model railroading has experienced a boom.

The surprising surge in demand, in combination with the necessary restrictions, presented us with a major challenge. Our logistics were temporarily slowed down by the 2-meter distance control and our offices also had to be adapted to the situation. Some of our employees have switched to working at home for self-protection and with the additional flood of mail it finally became clear to us where our Systems weaknesses are.

In the past few weeks, we have used this newly gained knowledge and worked hard on our weaknesses. We are happy to inform you that we are back with full capacity and the highest motivation. In the future we would like you to be well informed about the status of your order and its delivery terms or how you can best reach our service. To do that we will inform you regularly with updates about the current situation.

Delivery Terms?

For items in stock, it currently takes 2-3 working days until your package is ready for dispatch and is handed over to our package service provider.

For goods that are not in stock, the delivery time depends on the item ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot make a fixed specification here, the delivery time can vary between 1.5 - 4 weeks.

Returns & complaints
The processing of returns currently takes 3-4 days from receipt of the package. We currently need more than a week to process complaints.
