The model takes into account all the specific features of the chosen model. As with the original, the S499.02 also represents a further development of the legendary “Laminátka” in the model. The locomotive body with the eye-catching fan band, whose engraving in the model conveys the highest degree of plasticity, was precisely reproduced. The engine room windows above are perfectly flush. A special feature is the edging of the front windows, which is done justice to by separately inserted frames at a scale of 1:87. Apart from the external qualities, the model is also technically impressive. Among the lighting functions, the chassis lighting with the delicate lamp lenses is particularly noteworthy. In the model, which is factory-equipped with a PSD XP sound decoder, lighting in the driver's cab, instrument panels and engine room can also be switched.
