FRU-M - electronic travel direction switch for alternating current with solder connections.

The FRU-M replaces the mechanical switch in AC locomotives. Its size corresponds to that of the mechanical switch, so that no mechanical changes need to be made to the vehicle for installation.

With the electronic gear integrated in the module, it is possible to reduce the maximum speed and achieve a slow start, even if the traction current is suddenly switched on.
