With the new design of the D.445 FS, PIKO is presenting an Italian all-rounder in 1:87 scale!
The PIKO model is presented in the XMPR paintwork typical from 2000 in white, green and blue. Visually, the machines impress with their successful design, detailed interior and numerous details, such as the freely moving fan wheels under finely etched grilles.
Technically, the PIKO design is state-of-the-art and is factory-equipped with a modern PSD XP sound decoder. This enables the switching of numerous digital functions, such as lighting in the engine room and in the driver's cabs. In addition, the model has the green bad weather driving signal on the front, typical of the third series of the D.445.
The Expert Plus model also has various functions. Digital couplings on both sides of the locomotive, a pulsed vaporizer to simulate vehicle exhaust fumes and motor-driven fan wheels on the roof make driving on the system a special experience.
