Diesel locomotive F7 A Santa Fe EMD, epoch III with sound
Model of a F7 A-Unit diesel locomotive from EMD in the version of the Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad. True to original coloring and lettering of epoch III. The locomotive housing is partially chrome-plated, so the locomotive has the typical appearance of the original. Both bogies powered by powerful Bühler motors with ball bearings, traction tires. Built-in mfx / DCC decoder with various light and sound functions such as high beam or Mars light, digitally switchable. Built-in socket at the rear end of the locomotive to supply the loudspeaker from the decoder of the A unit with the matching B unit. Many applied details, cab doors open.
Length over coupling 61 cm.
The housing is partly real chrome, so the locomotive corresponds to its great role model.
The matching B-Unit is available under number 20582, another A-Unit with another company number under number 20583. With the new Santa Fe cars, which are also available, a typical express train from Era III - e.g. the famous "Super Chief" will be formed.
