Diesel locomotive CC 72006 in "multiservice" livery with a red SNCF logo on one end. The 200th anniversary of the French Revolution was celebrated in 1989 with a commemorative event in France, which particularly honored the storming of the Bastille on July 14, 1789, and the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen on August 26, 1789. As part of these celebrations, diesel locomotive CC 72030 received a special decoration in the colors of the French flag, as well as the event logo designed by Jean-Michel Folon. The locomotive was repainted a total of four times: first in blue, then in blue, white, and red for the 200th anniversary, then in a red multiservice livery, and finally in a last livery. With over 9 million kilometers traveled, it was the highest-mileage French diesel locomotive and was decommissioned on October 23, 2018.
