Towards the end of the 1950s, Carl F. W. Borgward produced the very modernly designed Goliath Express 1100 in his Goliath plant in Bremen. The vehicles were known in the 1950s to be unusually versatile and powerful.
As a box van, the Express was one of the largest delivery vehicles in its class with a loading space of almost 6 m³. The wagon was very easy to load thanks to a wide rear door and a double side door, and it was possible to transport almost a ton of cargo. With these properties, the Goliath Express was ideal for a wide variety of transport tasks.
This model delivers the ""foaming miracle cure"" - the Haka neutral soap - for the HAKA-Werke.
In addition, the scale model includes license plates and rear-view mirrors for self-assembly.
