It was the large long-distance truck that Magirus sent out onto the roads of Europe with its proven Deutz diesel. WIKING presents the Magirus 235 D
with the characteristic Transeuropa driver's cab in a contemporary design with an aluminium flatbed structure. The front-loader generation from
Magirus was presented at the IAA in 1963 and quickly found its way into numerous
haulage fleets thanks to the air-cooled, reliable Deutz engines. What was particularly striking at the start of series production was the stepped long-distance driver's cab, which offered the driver significantly more comfort for the demands of the time than the previous Magirus generation. The combination of historical WIKING shapes has resulted in an attractive youngtimer from the 235 series.
