You can't miss this box van because the paintwork is absolutely atypical for Red Cross vehicles. The orange emergency vehicle of the DRK Civil Defense in Siegburg-Wittgenstein, North Rhine-Westphalia, of the Berleburg local association bears the Geneva protection symbol with the round Altkreisverband lettering.
The vehicle is still in its original condition today. This is also clear in the labeling, because the old district association was dissolved many years ago and merged with the DRK district association in Siegen.
