Even WIKING boss Peltzer wanted the short G model
WIKING is now also giving the legendary G model from the very beginning the
Short version a model building future! Just as gratifying as it is coincidental
the complete construction templates were found in the WIKING archive
from back then and not only for the MB G presented in 1979 in the
long, but also in the short version. WIKING boss Friedrich Pelzer
just always thought one step further when he changed his program
wanted to add obvious innovations. Apparently had more than 40 years
back also talks with Mercedes-Benz about an industrial order
played a role, because as early as 1980 WIKING introduced the well-known G-
model before. So now the short G model of the traditional model maker is entering
finally the 1:87 stage!
