The business model of the airline based in Canton Schwyz consists of three pillars: scheduled flights, charter and wet lease. The latter pillar created the connection to Swiss, for which a number of connections were taken over from then on. The older Fokker 100 were replaced by Embraer ERJ-190 from 2014, followed by jets of the second generation of Embraer's successful jet family from 2021, including this first E195-E2 with the registration HB-AZI.
