British Airways has been working with the aid organization Comic Relief since 2010 to give disadvantaged young people a better start in life, and therefore more opportunities, wherever the British airline flies nationally and internationally. British Airways also acted as a sponsor externally and temporarily equipped one of its two Airbus A318s with a red-framed nose cone. To date, there is Red Nose Day, a fundraiser launched by the aid organization Comic Relief, which last raised over £63m in 2019.
