Deliveries within Germany: We send the articles you order free of charge, preferably with DHL so that the goods can also be delivered on a Saturday. We send your goods with insured shipping.
Deliveries to other countries in the EU: Shipping costs for delivery to other EU countries are 9,50 Euro. The shipping costs will appear on both your order in the shopping cart and on the invoice. Delivery will be made by DHL. With exception of small parts, we send your goods by insured shipping.
Deliveries to non-EU countries: In the case of shipments to countries outside of the EU, Casisoft MindWare GmbH will decide whether to use DHL or UPS. Deliveries to countries abroad the the European Union: at request. The shipping costs will appear on both your order in the shopping cart and on the invoice. We send your goods with insured shipping.
Please inform us if you have a VAT ID. In this case the German VAT will be indicated but deducted from your invoice. If you pay by credit card, you can deduct the German VAT, amounting currently to 19%, from the value of the goods.
